Ken Anderson is the broker and owner of Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty, Inc., the longest tenured residential and commercial real estate company in Olympia. The company ranks among the top 100 of more than 1,500 Coldwell Banker franchises worldwide. Ken is the President of the Board of the Washington Center for the Performing Arts and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Providence St. Peter Foundation. He also serves on the Downtown Olympia Rotary Club, the Olympia Roundtable, and is co-chair of the Hands-On Children’s Museum Capital Campaign Committee. He is past Chairman and current member of the Olympic Multiple Listing Service board and former development chair for the Local Chapter of the Red Cross.

She has been recognized as a top Coldwell Banker associate nationally for the past five years and was acclaimed internationally in 2005. An Olympia resident since 1992, Jodi has served on The Olympia School District Education Foundation and is on the senior class parent council for Olympia High School.

Debbie Draper has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 25 years. She opened a new Windermere Real Estate office in Yelm in 1995 and owned it until 2002. She then joined the Coldwell Banker team where she specializes in land acquisition for commercial and residential developments. She has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1987. She is active in the Downtown Olympia Rotary.

Karen Hamilton was born and raised in Olympia and has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker for 14 years and is a partner in a local building company, Hamilton Properties, LLC. She is active in a number of community activities including the Family Support Center and the Olympia School District. She has helped create a specific market niche within the area for higher-end maintenance-free condos/townhomes, such as Sorrento Condominiums as well as Bellavita, The Fairway at Seven and Greenside Court within Indian Summer Golf and Country Club.

Neil has operated commercial properties, including Westbay Marina, in Olympia for 16 years. He is past president of the Puget Sound Marina Owners, founding member of the West Olympia Business Association, past president of the Griffin Neighborhood Association, the 2002-2003 president of the West Olympia Rotary Club, and is serving his second term as vice chair on the Griffin School Board. He lives in Olympia with his wife and three children.

Developer
The development team, led by Jim Potter and Scott Shapiro, are dedicated to urban renewal with a long track record of successful projects throughout the Puget Sound area.
Jim brings to the team his expertise in acquisition and development, investment strategies, permit processing, construction, building rehabilitation and property management. He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate business and established Kauri Investments, Ltd. in 1987 where he still serves as chairman. Kauri is a mixed-use and multifamily housing developer focusing on the Puget Sound region. Jim also is the owner and president of La Serena Holdings Inc., an investor in commercial and multifamily properties. Jim serves on the Boards of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce and the Academy of Finance, and is the past president of the Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties. He is a Seattle Rotarian with area of service in the Youth & Schools Committee.
Scott is the founder and managing director of Eagle Rock Ventures LLC, a regional real estate investment and development firm. Since its founding in 2000, ERV has acquired and redeveloped a variety of residential and commercial properties, including the former Capitol City Press building in downtown Olympia. Scott serves on the board of Family Services of King County and is a long-time member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
