The Project
The team at The Views on Fifth Avenue realize that there is a unique opportunity to create something special with this former nine-story office building in the heart of downtown Olympia. Here is a short history of and plan for the building:

- Nine-story office building called Capitol Center built.
- 1980s through 2005
- Building used for state offices, including the Department of Corrections. The building has sat vacant since the state moved the Corrections division to Tumwater.
- Early Spring 2007
- Permitting process begins to convert the office building into a mixed-use building, including upgrading the structural and mechanical systems as well as the energy efficiency of the structure.
- Late Spring 2007 through Winter 2008
- Renovation.
- Spring 2008
- New owners purchase and occupy condominium units!
